TRV need help!

Hi there,

I am trying to apply online for TRV extension. however, whenever I do the questionnaire and get the application package online, it gives me 'Application for Visitor Visa Made Outside Of Canada'.
I need "Within Canada" as I'm currently residing here. What do I do?
Apply on paper?

Did you select Canada as your current country of residence? Please double check.

yes, I did that.
but I already applied on paper, cause don't wanna lose time.especially when the processing times are so unreliable. need to get visa asap...
