Did u send any query to visa office as it passed the 28 day normal processing window ?

They count 28 days as workig days and it is not over

I guess it is Calendar days as I have read in the forum that they have changed to Calendar days. So you are good to submit the query.

Guys, I got the acknowledgment yesterday from CIC with UCI and application number..applied in 13th July, paper based..

but recieve two times acknowledgment letter first on 10/July/2018 and second on 01/august/2108 But still my application is not started to review of eligibility..

I received 3 acknowledgment letters. July 13, July 20 and July 25.
