TRV inside Canada (Work Permit)

Hi,

I applied for my TRV after receiving my work permit. I applied for it on 15th December 2020. Got 'Submission confirmation' on 3rd February 2021. Haven't heard anything yet from them. Anyone facing the same issue? Currently I need to travel urgently as my fiancée's father passed away. What should I do?

It says under 'Review of Eligibility'
'We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements'

This has been there from the day I submitted the application. No changes at all.
