We are considering applying for TRV with 'dual intent' and are in the process of getting all the documentations together. I intend to stay in Canada till the application is completed. However, I will be travelling sometime in the Fall because I am currently employed here and also COVID.
So, how do we imply the dual intent within the application (e.g. invitation letter, LOE)? From our understanding so far, we were trying to give as many reasons we could to prove ties to home country. But I have come across multiple posts here that indicate dual intent in TRV. Please help us understand how to include that in the application in a manner that is correct.
