I still don't have an AOR yet. Application was received on Jan 18th. Should I start to get worried? Are there any indicators that the application might be returned back? For instance, a refund of the fees?

Ok, how can the application then proceed successfully if the sponsor himself becomes ineligible? I presume at that point its a lost cause anyway and one would have to reapply or appeal (which is a whole another long process).
