1. Do post the individual list of documents for yourself + for your mom

2. What strong ties can your mom demonstrate to her home country?

3. What were the refusal reasons cited for her previous TRV application?

Travel documents:

1. Travel history : Singapore, Thai Lan, Taiwan.
Unfortunately, these countries do not count as travel history.

2. Invitation letter, copy PP, copy PR card.
Although it is not mandatory, would your sister (Canadian PR) provide her financial documents such as her NOA, bank statements, etc??

3. Form IMM5257, IMM5645, IMM5713
Okay

4. Proof of Means of Financial support: Labour contract, Salary certifcate, Leave of absence letter, time deposit certificate 15000USD.
Are you applying from your home country i.e. country of your passport?

Does your bank balance/available liquid funds sufficient to pay for your detailed itinerary with expense estimates + airfare for yourself and your mom?

Is the term deposit locked-in or can it be liquidated at any time?

You'll need to include your tax returns + 4-6 months bank statements (to confirm salary transfers + it must be in-line with your earnings) + 1-2 work-related commitments to return to.

5. Marriage License/Certificate: Certificate of Marriage, Certificate of Birth (two childrens).
Evidence that the relevant family members live at the same address + school tuition fee receipts + an explanation who will take care of your children temporarily when you're away

6. Purpose of travel: Detailed Schedule
With expense estimates

You would need to provide more details about your personal/professional situations. For example, do you own property or land? Do you have any other movable or immovable assets? Or a rent agreement for which you pay the rent? Do you have any other financial investments? Does your employment pay you well and/or can your work responsibilities be managed by a co-worker if you decide to extend your visit beyond the stated two weeks? Do you have any other personal reasons to return to your country by a specific date?
