Hi all

Just want to inform you that I received the passport today with multiple entry visa stamped. The whole process took almost 75 days.

I wish you all the best of luck and as a recommendation from my side I advice you to visit Vancouver and Victoria in BC.

I checked online to find that the passport has been delivered to Dubai-location(VFS).
- took 6 days to get the passport back. Once I receive the passport will let you all know on the stamping on it.

Time lines are as below:
Applied online on: June 15, 2016
Passport request on: Aug 23, 2016
Passport Submitted on: Aug 24, 2016
Passport back to VFS Location on: Aug 30, 2016

Hi All,

The return of our passports seems to have taken a little longer.
We submitted them at VFS on August 25.
As of 5th September, the passports have arrived at VFS Dubai.
Will be picking them up tomorrow.
Wishing everyone still waiting for an approval all the very best.

Hello,

I am sorry if this might be out of topic but I just some help.

My girlfriend is planning to apply for a tourist visa for Canada and she's currently in Dubai. Her brother does not want to giver her the invitation letter so we asked a friend to give it to her.

1. Will there be an issue about the invitation letter since the brother who is a PR in Canada did not give the letter?

2. Should we address the invitation letter to Dubai Consulate or Abu Dhabi?

Any tips when she apply? She's planning to do it online.

as I know .. invitation letter can be written by any Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada ..

you have to include that letter with her temporary visitor visa .. and she submits the application to the visa office in Dubai who will already send it to abu dhabi ..

that's to give you a hint and wait for other experts to reply as well to have a correct idea about the process ..

Hi y'all
I applied 10th of August in paper based at Pretoria South Africa and I left all document with my passport then processing time is 27 days but one month now no news. I would like to know the application can be refused after to reach the processing time or it's got refuse before the estimate date?
