Anyone having valid USA visa is marked as CAN+ by the system. In the application form it ask you the USA visa details and once you input those details, system mark the application as CAN+.
While in practical I do not see any significant difference in regular vs CAN+ application but by law CAN+ applications should be processed faster and does not require to produce financial documents.

I ve gone through this useful information ,
I m applying through IRCC portal , is there any specific Guidance or apply simple application with all supporting docs as i m also eligible CAN+ ( valid US B1 /B2)

On the new IRCC portal, Once you input your valid USA visa number, at the document upload step it does not require you to attach financial documents like bank statements etc.
So it is acceptable to apply without financial documents when you have USA Valid visa.
But in a good application, you should still add your bank statement in "Other Docs" section.

My recommendation will be,
fill USA visa details in the application
attach 2 pages cover letter, bank statement and other home country ties papers in "Other Docs" section.

The delay is a good sign.

I have one indian friend here in Saudi Arabia, he applied business visit and his visa was refused in 7 days. To be exact
Breif profile
Indian
single
Manager level job
12K SAR salary
50K Bank statement
Going for conference related to his work nominated by his company.
No travel history, just UAE, india etc.
Applied 7 May 2024
Refusal 15 May 2024
Riyadh

Based on above, I can say a delay CAN BE a good sign.

thanks for your reply my friend is applied in 28 march and 1st April get refusal he have valid US B1/B2 visa he is going to also attend one conference in Vancouver

The processing time is irrelevant to the platform, GCKey or IRCC.
A delay is better than quick refusal.

yes you are right the processing time now 104days but i have a visit on April and hotel and ticket fully paid i am think to withdraw my application and apply for europe becouse the system of canada embassy in saudi arabia not good for pocessing the application and refusal rate too high
