I think you have good chance to be approved
I am similar you have two refusals and valid USA & uk visa even I mentioned I am divorced in the application so no family ties & I think you have good chance since you applied under Can +

What was the place of issue written on your visa?
also which visa office sent you BVL? (it will be mentioned at end of BVL)

No moment one the file since 6 July.
It is normal & I applied 3 times &2 refused and one approved & you will not see any progress & you will get suddenly the bvl and final decision

I think they are prioritising the applications. If it is tourism I think will be last priority as I see from old applications and other friends results

I think you will get the answer with in 35 days (most of applicants from KSA will take between 80 and 95 days
