IF I ALREADY PASSED THE MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND HAVE WAITED FOR A MONTH ALREADY. AM I STILL GET REJECTED?

It's always still possible to be rejected. You'll have to wait and see what CIC's final decision is.

It could be very horrible to get rejected after the medical examination I thought once you've reached the medical stage, means they are already satisfied with the documents that we have passed. At this stage, are they still reviewing the ties etc..?

My guess is that your TRV is going to be refused since you incorrectly also applied for an OWP (and don't qualify for an OWP). But at this point all you can do is wait. The OWP is definitely going to be refused. You can hope the TRV will be approved.
