@Bryanna need help

Want to apply for my sister's in-laws TRV. Following are the details
US visa rejected once
Canada visa rejected thrice - last reason for rejection
- purpose of visit
- travel history
- false information (forgot to mention about the US visa rejection)
- ties with home country
Sisters in laws work in cash so no evidence of bank balance
They have booked the property of cad40000 in Pakistan.
Currently they are on rent
Attached documents
Invitation letter
LOE
Affidavit - from uncle assuring he will be going back
Affidavit - from uncle's daughter (who resides in Pak and wont accompany them) supporting them financially and assuring they will return back
Another daughter lives with them, unemployed and dependent on them (wont accompany them to Canada)
2 Son lives in Canada. Younger one is inviting. (Last 3 rejections had an invitation from the elder son, younger one is inviting for the first time)
Attaching all the supporting documents like bank accounts, tax and everything from the younger son.

Just want to know, what are the chances of approval as there is no such financial support apart from the property. Dont want to take the risk this time, very confuse. Please help.

Thank you

Short advice:
Don't reapply. They need to sort their finances + establish their ties in Pakistan.

IMO, the sister's father-in-law does not have a strong visa application:
1. Three visa refusals (was he banned for misrepresentation?) + US visa refusal = Desperation to visit i.e. not a genuine visitor

2. Affidavits won't be considered.

3. Income in cash = Not legit = No employment ties + no taxes were paid to verify the income (tax violations = in a similar way can commit visa violations too)

4. Booking a property does not help. It is actual ownership of a property that might help. Also, a property valued at CAD 40,000 is quite low.

5. It does not matter if the younger/older son is inviting them. What matters is the evidence to prove they have strong reasons to return to Pakistan

Thank you so much for the response. Please advice, if we show bank balance of 10,000 CAD for 3 week visit, will that be sufficient enough? ..
(that 10,000 CAD will be current deposit through loan)

It's not about the money. It's about showing legit income earned by him, not borrowed from someone, as a proof of employment, etc.

Taking a loan will only make things worse for his visa.

1. What was/is the purpose of his visit?

2. When did he apply for each of those applications?

3. How old are his children in Pakistan and what do they do?

Yeah, the chances for this application are quite low and you may want to consider giving up for a while. The sons should visit the father in Pakistan if they want to see each other.

That reason is not strong enough considering the weak ties to Pakistan.
