TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

I have applied for TRV (inland Canada) on Feb 3 and got my passport request letter few hours back.
It's always good to hear that people receiving their PPRs indicating IRCC is issuing them....but its just frustrating that I am a January applicant and hasn't received mine yet.
I just got an automated reply on the web form. Also asked MP to get the status on my behalf...all they managed to find was "It is at the CPC in Ottawa, Ontario. There are not many notes on file for this application, but there are no apparent red flags that could negatively affect the processing. IRCC stated that it is being worked on by the Ottawa office, but unfortunately, they were not able to tell me when the application will be finalized."
My timeline
me and my friend applied on 19th Jan 2021 from Winnipeg after we got PGWP. We got PPR on 17th and 18 July for both applications. Final decision was made on 23rd july and waiting to get back the stamped passport.
They speed up the process for sure.
