Courier service - UPS
Counterfoil - 13th Feb (Just now) - Not received any gmail notification, I checked randomly.
Return tracking - Waiting to get activated.

I was able to contact IRCC yesterday by phone, and according to their system my passport was shipped and they provided the tracking number that matched with the prepaid Canada Express envelop I sent, however the tracking number is not activated yet

I have a question how do you guys contact the ircc ? I've tried calling them several times but at the last they just hang up my phone and say that they're busy and call later ?

I managed to get through by calling this morning on my second try shockingly. Was told that there is a bit of a backlog and so there are no guarantees but they are looking into my application. It’s weird since ppl whose passports got there after mine have at least seen their counterfoil printed. I have no updates at all.
