Hey guys! I was just wondering if there's any chances of refusal of trv application inside Canada provided we hold a valid status? Or is it more of just a formality since we already are a temporary resident inside Canada?

I sent passport to CPC Ottawa on 12th August and it is delivered to them on 16th, how long it is taking to generate the counterfoil and return the passport?
