Eligibility review: Not sure, wasn’t notified but when I checked on June 27 2022 they had already started reviewing.

Hi there, have you gotten a counterfoil or received your passport back? My passport was delivered to the Ottawa office on Jun 30 and no updates since then.

No, just photocopies of the passport with original photos

when we get PPR we should send passport with two envelopes one inside the other

Hey just an update
They have started reviewing my eligibility, however, it also says the background check in process.
Not sure how long is it gonna take and they didn't send me my original passport back which I submitted w my application via mail

haven't heard anything after that
called client support center today agent said counterfoil is in que to be generated.
How long do you guys think it will take to get my passport back?

Hj guys, i applied for TRV(online) on 13th june, got passport request on 28th june. Sent passport the same day, it was received on june 30th, but i think i have sent it to the wrong address. I sent it by Canada post but sent it to the private courier address. anybody with same problem. no counterfoil has been generated even though it has been 10 days since passport was received.

Same here.My cousin sent it the same way in the past and did get his passport stamped and returned within 9 days.I dont think it makes difference.Hopefully will hear something soon.
