Hi. My friend updated me now. We both have to travel together and he submitted a webform one week ago with his fathers death certificate. He submitted file in 25 june 2021 and got PPR today. They requested urgency documents as well
It is possible that you already got the PPR but your agent is on vacation so they might not inform you right now. I recommend calling IRCC everyday and ask if there is any update. When was the last time you called the IRCC?When i will get my ppr
But if you hired representative to apply on your behalf then IRCC will contact you through your representative. They will not send an email for the passport request to you directly.
Because you applied on your own. If someone hires the representative to do business on their behalf then the IRCC will be contacting the representative.
