TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

I mean I have a family emergency too and sent them proof in the original webform but still no reply after a month of waiting, I just lost hope to be honest
I applied on April 20th 2021
I am still waiting for application cancellation and refund. I raised multiple web forms.
Guys, I have a question. I applied in Feb and I'm still in Canada. Does applying while staying in Canada means rejection? (No webform or any urgent situation)
I have seen an old reply on this thread that says they rejected his app because he is in Canada and his travel is not necessary!
May be its travel exempt web form decision. It specifically says that this decision won't have any impact on your immigration application. I hope this helps
OMG they finally started reviewing my eligibility. (applied on Jan 28)
