I just randomly checked my profile’s submitted docs, there I found that under optional documents’ column it is said that required by oct 2022. And there isn’t any option to upload those doc.
Is this the case with anybody else??

I can no longer see this required by date. Does that mean a decision has been made?

Hello everyone.
I have applied for a TRV from within Canada on Oct 12. I am an International Student and have a valid study permit.
I have am flying to the middle east (Qatar) on November 2. Is it possible for me to hand over my passport abroad for stamping once I get PPR?
Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.

So. what i understand from your story is... you got ppr and you want to stam your passport while outside canada. The answer is yes if you apply from inside canada and got ppr you can still use that letter (PPR) in any other country for stamping but you need to have an address. Thats it.........

I am still waiting for my PPR. Hopefully i get it before i leave on November 2nd.
Yeah so that was basically my concern. I submitted my application within Canada and want to get the stamp from another country. Not from within Canada. Thanks for your response tho. And yes i do have an address there.

Started TRV application: 12th October.
Ghost updates: 2 on 14th and 17th October.
Didn't hear back. Still waiting for PPR.

I had submitted my biometrics before so didn't have to do them again. But they got updated in like 2 days time and review started.

No i did it through the old since I was familiar with it and did all my processes using the old system.

I am planning to travel around 25th November to india . If I got my TRV approved closed to my travel date, can I stamp my passport In India? What's the process for that do I have to take any permissions from CPC ottawa or VFS India?

yes you can get your passport stamped after your ppr. It is not compulsory to get it stamped while in Canada.
