Hy ,
I have left the canada and my job l while i was on work permit to attend my brother’s marriage. And my temporary residence visa was also expired . Can i apply for trv from india And how ?
If someone can reply that will be highly appreciated.

Download TRV forms from Canada.ca website and apply through VFS India office. Generally the process time is around 2 weeks.

FYI - Canada has closed borders to non Canadians and non PRs due to COVID-19. You won't be able to return until this ban is lifted.

Yes - as far as we know it does.

Who knows if they'll issue it; you won't be able to issue it even if they do.
