dear sir,
1. I want to know when we fill the TRV(visitor visa )visa form in india I saw that there is not asked about your relative lives in Canada give details (question about your relative lived in Canada details)
2. my question is that when last year I applied my TRV visa I have received an invitation from company for conference participation. so give the details
3 my uncle lived in Canada i have not written about this because they don't asked about this
4.could my uncle sponsor me & my wife (when ever in previous application I have don't explain about uncle, I am right way/wrong way please tell me

Yes your uncle can invite you to visit. If you have family ties in Canada you will have to ensure your ties to home country are very strong. Include previous travel history and purpose of visit in your app/cover letter.

It will take the same length if time as the request and response comes online. Read the instructions. You will have to authorize your uncle to obtain the notes on your behalf. It is all laid out. Cost $5. If you had to go through a private company you are looking at approximately $50. Do look for the posts by Qorax and Cocknbull and you will find all the information you can think of. Keep full copy of next app before submitting to save you a lot if fuss. If you just want a better understanding of why you were refused you ask for GCMS notes. If you want actual documents scanned back to you you need the Physical File.
