Hey, I have a valid PGWP till November 2023. I came to India last year but did not applied for trv when I was in Canada. Is there any way I can apply for TRV now from India?

Times change all the time but expect a couple of months to many months. Is it just for yourself?

I might have to go to India in November. but my pgwp extension application here in Canada is still in process. and I don't have try on my passport. what should I do ? my friend said he will get my WP when it delivers and send back to India . pls suggest possible solution for this. will I be able to come back to Canada? I am in dilemma . pls reply. thank you in advance

Do you have a valid TRV? If not, you need a TRV to enter Canada. A WP just allows you to work, not enter Canada.
So if you don’t have a TRV then you can’t enter Canada. Having your friend mail you a work permit doesn’t let you enter Canada with it. You need to apply for a TRV.
