So i applied for PGWP and it got approved, only waiting for permit paper in mail. I need to travel urently outside to canada and my visa is expired and i know that it needs to be renewed if i have plans to come back. My intention is to leave with a valid 3 year work permit and expired visa. Will it be possible for me to apply for TRV from outside canada when i intend to come back?
