Has anyone applied for TRV outside of Canada on the basis of PGWP? I will be moving abroad for work after I obtain my PGWP (hopefully) and I will not have enough time to apply for a TRV before I leave. So I will need to apply for a TRV while I am outside Canada. I would really appreciate it if you could share your past experience.
