TRV for Substantially Equivalent Competency (SEC)

Hello.

I am required by the CRNBC to complete the General (Med-Surg) SEC Assessment at Kwantlen. I am currently working on gathering documents to apply for a TRV. If you are in the same boat as me or have been through this, any information will be most appreciated. :'( (desperate)

Hello, I was actually working on the same purpose, but my application was denied. Go ahead and try for yourself, you might be lucky.

now I'm thinking applying for registration was a waste of resources

No, it is not. Everybody's case is different. I understand that trying to get licensed in Canada is very challenging and time consuming but when you get it, the benefits far outweighs the troubles. Give it a try. I'll be applying for my visa again next week, I've got new information to submit. They wanted to be sure I can return to my country after my visit.
