TRV for spouse within Canada

Hi,
I am a Graduate student. I have study permit until November 2017. My wife has open work permit until November 2017.

We are now applying online for extension of our TRV (temporary resident Visa) since it was expired.

When i filled the questionnaire website correctly gives me IMM5257 for my TRV application. But it does not give IMM5257 for my wife. It gives IMM5708.

What should i do?
