I am a recent PR holder and will be getting married soon.
I want my wife to come to Canada with me after marriage or ASAP.
I have 2 options in mind, please let me know if you think there are more.
1. I was thinking of applying for TRV right after we get married and sponsoring her inland. I know there are refusal cases because of insufficient ties with the home countries. I was thinking of providing her study and parent's property proof for showing ties. Please recommend to me what else I can provide.
OR
2. I was thinking of applying for TRV even before we get married. I am not aware of what complications would that bring on passport/visa status after the marital status and name changes.
Also, I was thinking of keeping my future wife's name, the same, even after marriage, to avoid complications for the immigration process. What's ur take on this?
Please guide me what's the best way. I would really appreciate it
