Applied TRV for Spouse on Mar-15-2013 at NEW Delhi
Docs included.

1) Invitation Letter
2) Visa and Work permit Photocopy
3) Employment Letter
4) Pay stubs
5) Marriage Certificate
6) Bank statement

I sent all the same dox to Delhi V.O. for my spouse in Dec 2012 but her visa was rejected - 1) not satisfied that she would leave Canada due to employment situation 2) Insufficient evidence of relationship

Question - 1) In your spouses application what was the current occupation/activity? 2) Besides, marriage certificate did you include anything else? 3) Did you show any of your spouse's assets in India to prove home ties?

I need help. Can anybody tell how can I apply spouse open work permit in Moscow. I work in Edmonton as a Food Service Supervisor in coffee shop but my wife and my child they are in Uzbekistan.
1. Can they apply for TVR, what kind of documents do we have to submit.
2. Can anybody tell me, is my title skilled or low skilled? NOC is 6212. am i under A,Band O category or d,c ?

Im glad we got the visa, as they say, it is very rare that spouses get approved for TRV.

Sorry for the late reply.

In addition to the above mentioned documents I have also included

Affidavit from my parents (Stating full support from them financially, where they Included the information of their Assests)
Affidavit from My wife( Requesting TRV and owing that she will leave at the end of VISA expirey).

My wife was unemployed, So I never mentioned any of her job profile I was nuetral.

I don't believe that TRV is a problem all the times, See in both of our cases It was successful, even my wife got a TRV

Med req 24th Mar 13
Med done 5th Apr
Passport dispatched 7th May.
