Hi All,

On a different note , is it true that on super visa parents can stay for 2 years only during the first visit and all all subsequent visits have to be maximum 6 months. And if this is true how does it differ from a regular Trv where parents can apply for extension for upto 2 years once they are here.

Thanks,

Any update?
I am so frustrated with their background check process..my parents are going to miss wedding..they should post on their useless website that background check may take forever, so that we could have applied 6 months earlier..It's 3rd time TRV...

Getting PR is quicker seems like...how to provide them feedback??

You should send another CSE + email to the visa office. Do include proofs of the forthcoming wedding + mention it would be unfortunate if they do not attend this key event

Hi,

Did it take this long even last time for your parents.

It took about 2 months last time which was about 9 years ago. At that time they had requested lot of information. This time no communication at all.
Before that it was interview process and immediate decision of approval

Hi Boss,

Any update.we are still waiting.

Hi Byranna,

Pls advise if there's anything other than waiting . Can't believe the process
is so arbid, seems like it's an endless wait and we are at their mercy and they don't have policies or timelines in place for such cases.

Thanks,

Hi Prayas,

The wait can get frustrating and throw plans out of the window. I suggest you send a Case Specific Enquiry + email to the relevant visa office to request the visa office if it requires any additional information. Hopefully the processing will be expedited

Cheers

No news...still same status...
My parents were suppose to come for wedding which they have already missed...I did CSE+email to visa office...no reply..

Hi All,

Kindly help.I have accidentally revoked my gc key. Really tensed as am unable to link application to new gc key that I made, it says application not found.Does it mean the application also has been deleted? How will I know the status of my application even if I get an e mail. Have sent a case specific enquiry, though I really doubt they will even reply.

Really tensed. Please advice.

Thanks,
Prayas

Thanks Bryanna, I have tried it but it says can't find application with the details provided. My worry is will it affect the application?
