TRV for parents from outside Canada: Can IMM5707 be submitted instead of IMM5645 in online application?

Hi all;

My parents are applying for a TRV for temporary entry in Canada. In the online application portal, they are asked to upload IMM5645. In the instructions provided and in the checklist (although I think for the paper application, not online), it says to complete IMM5707 instead. In the online application, has someone uploaded 5707 instead of 5645 before without any harm?
My parents have a long list of siblings and step-siblings and getting all the information in part C is really difficult for them. That is why I am trying to know if 5707 (which doesn't have Section C for siblings and step-siblings) is ok to be used instead of 5645 in the online application.

Hi Ali Manu, I am also in the same situation, could you please tell me what you ended up doing? And did you succeed
