TRV for parents and siblings

Hi , I have just received my COPR and I will be moving to Canada by the end of March, early April. My parents and three siblings are in home country (Pakistan).
I would like them to visit me sometime in June, and I am the only one from my family who is going to be living in Canada. Other than me we have an extended relation living in Canada for 30 years.
My father is currently working in office job. My mother is house wife, she has her bank account in home country plus she is dependent on my father for her allowance. Two of my younger siblings are currently enrolled in university programs in 1st and 2nd graduate years respectively, and my elder sibling does job here in home country. As such we have sufficient ties to home country. All of our relatives live here. We have permanent property in home country, and all of our paternal relatives either live in same house or in same neighborhood.

I would like to ask about whether these are sufficient to prove ties in home country?
What else should I included to prove family ties?
Should I apply for their TRV or should my father apply instead?
Will my COPR have any effect on rejection of their visa?
And if they apply before March that is before I leave will it make any difference? Or should they apply after my departure?

IMO, it would be best if:
1. Only your parents apply for TRVs. Don't apply for your younger siblings

2. Your parents should wait and apply some months after you land + you settle in. Do not apply before you land as it would seem like your parents are moving with you to Canada

3. Apply online. Don't apply through VFS Pakistan as it does not accept documents that prove an applicant's strong ties
