Dear Community Members,

I would appreciate your suggestions for my case described below.

So in 2022 I got my PGWP in August. I was one month pregnant at that time and we decided on doctors advise that I could travel to Canada and give birth there. I travelled to Canada in September and started working in a company but it was not a full time offer and so I coulnd not get the Health Insurance. As the delivery charges otherwise are very high in Canada I decided to go back to my husband in UAE and give birth there. My daughter was born in Feb 2023 and she is a year and a half now. My PGWP is valid until September 2025 and I want to travel to Canada now to start working there and gain a year long experience to be eligible for the CEC. My quetsion is:
1. My TRV is still valid with my PGWP. would I be allowed to enter Canada after this two years gap on the same TRV?
2. For my Daughters TRV, should I apply from my own account or should I have a new account for her?
3. Do I have to show funds for my daughter alone while I have a valid work permit?
4. My brother is a Canadian Citizen, can he sponsor my daughter?
5. My daughter will be travelling with me, does she need an inviattion letter in her application?

Appreciate if someone could suggest .

Thanks

1. Yes, if TRV is valid.
2. Either
3. Yes because you need to show funds that you can support child.
4. Of course not. He can only sponsor his parents, children/spouse.
5. Who would invite her and she is not coming to visit? Plus she is coming with you.

Show that you have secured care for her because you cannot work without daycare. Processing will be a few months.
