Yes any one with any age , they only need passport and visa for country

Yes - the baby can travel. You need to obtain a passport and TRV for the baby in order for the baby to be able to travel to Canada.

Just to add that as well as passport and if not visa exempt a TRV, then if travelling with only one parent then there are additional requirements as below link.

Plus of course although not an entry requirement for visitors you should ensure you have travel insurance for the baby especially travelling at such a young age
