TRV for my husband - applied from Pakistan

Hi there.

My husband applied for his Visit Visa on the 20th of January, 2022 online from Pakistan. I am currently in Milton Ontario and a Canadian citizen. I have my C section date on the 28th of this month. We haven't heard anything from IRCC about my husband's Visa. The status just says they are doing a background check. Any idea how long this might take?

Email the visa office directly ask for rush processing give all the reasons with documents provided and you will get a decision in less than a week

Unfortunately spouses aren’t guaranteed TRVs to attend births.
