TRV for Mother-in-law - Do I really need to check "yes" for representative?

I am doing an on-line application (Supervisa) for my Mother-In-Law. I created everything including email accounts and CIC etc..... but do I really need to list myself as a representative? Does it matter? (more forms, possible delays?)

Also... one more question. I am going to pay the fees with my Canadian Credit card..... I read somewhere I will see a question asking what country at that point. The answer is my Mother-in-law's country I assume (?) but that it is my credit card should be no problem?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Pre-Assessed..
If you don't want delay for your mother in law's application, you might want her to apply directly at the respective visa office.

Thanks for your reply!

So.... Print it all out, put it all together, send it to her for her signatures, and send it to the local Visa office? That would be faster? I thought online applications were at least as fast or faster? (Country is Philippines)

I feel online TRVs are faster, my wife got her visa in around 18 days compared to the posted 36 days processing time on CIC's website.
