TRV Extension medical

Hello,
My mom asked to do medical for TRV Extension.
-CIC should get the result within 30 days of letter issued OR she just need to go for test within 30 days?
-Physician needs 10 business days to send the result. It will be any problem if CIC gets the result after 30 days of letter issued?
