TRV - Eligibility and Background Verification

I applied spousal work permit Visa in-side Canada (Atlantic province) on 5th of August and still not yet received any notification or approval confirmation. Any leads please

Did you see the visa document details on the tracker and also did you get passport request yet?
Without these two, it might probably means rejection. Because tracker status usual closed when you send your passport to VAC for stamping and once Visa has been issued on your passport and ready to be received by you, everything on your tracker will change to COMPLETED including the background check.. all will be in GREEN color.

I am a dependant living in UAE and my Primary Applicant is in India, Now we received the PPR on 27th Oct, it is mentioned both has to be submit in a single package, and for this can she travel to UAE to submit her passport along with mine, She has no prior travel history outside of India, and do we need to notify the IRCC?

Same here ,Applied on September 29, BGC in progress and rest all not started .

We applied for a Visitor visa online on 29th September from India. Biometrics were done for previously refused applications.

GC shows eligibility and background in progress
The tracker shows page was updated on 13th October and eligibility shows Completed in Green color,

Is this a good or bad sign?

I have applied on the same date ,but no update yet . Only BGC in progress, VO - NDVO , Spouse TRV
