TRV - Eligibility and Background Verification

No it changed from not started to in progress and then after a few days rolled back to not started.
I am in the same boat,
Applied for visitor visa
Applied on 14th August
Biometric Done in Previous application which was rejected .
Eligibility completed -14th September
Background -in progress
Status of application -in progress
I have seen multiple post those get approved withing 10-14 days .So lets see we will get approval.
It rolled back 8 days ago and is still in the same step. I hope it is not because of a problem in my application.
same here, applied on 22 august, eligibility completed on 21 Sept.

My uncle's visitor visa application shows same timeline like your grandparent's visa timeline.
IRCC tracker shows application in process and eligibility completed today sept-25. But I can't see visa number or anything there.
Was it same with you until you receive BVL or PPR ?
I am very confused as IRCC portal is on maintenance till Sept 26. and it shows eligibility in process..
Please help me to understand this whether this is positive sign or what?

I received BVL & PPR just now. Also, Final decision on portal says your application is approved. That means everything is good right?
How many days does application tracker take to update visa document number and expiry date after PPR?
