Trv delay

Hello,
I applied for trv with a new valid 3 year work permit on October 24,2013 through paper application in canada to Cpp-Ottawa and until now there is nothing I received back even though it said 21 calendar days to process.
I have to go to India urgently and was wondering if anybody is facing delay through paper application as I already sent them a mail and they just reply saying they can't tell about the status.

Check that out...it says they are still working on applications from October 11, 2013. Since you applied on October 24 I guess you will have to wait atleast a couple of weeks.

i have the similar timeline as you. mine was received on 22nd oct. paper application.

I haven't heard anything from them as yet.

Did anyone check with CIC why they are saying 21 days processing time as of Nov 20th for paper TRV but they are still processing Oct 11?

Well as of today they changed it to 27 days and currently working on OCt 21 so dono wy are they so slow...
Anybody got updates bout ur paper application ??
