My application for visitor;s visa was declined on the following basis-
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

what additional documents I need to prepare, I have to attend a conference in June.

Please provide us with your full background, including a list of all the documents you submitted, the reason for travel, the funds you identified as available for the trip, and the ties you have back home. It is impossible to comment on refusal reasons without knowing more about your profile.

I am studying in Japan on student visa, need to attend a conference in Canada. I attached my bank statement for the last 4 months, income tax return papers from home country. additionally I submitted the invitation letter from conference. I also submitted copy of my all the resident cards issued in Japan.

That's still not background about you (your nationality, etc.), how much funds you have available (how much money is in your account?). It's very hard to provide any insight without a full picture, I'm sorry.

People who are temporarily resident in a third country, not their own, have a tough time proving ties to their country of residence or home country in order to demonstrate to Canada that they will leave Canada at the end of their trip. They must also demonstrate that they have proof that they can afford their trip to Canada.

How many other countries have you travelled to in the past ten years? Which ones? What did you write as to the purpose of your visit in a cover letter or letter of explanation? What assets and finances did you show in your application?
