I am in the process of sending the application for my brother to come to Canada on TRV for my reception.
Im not sure if i should also apply for my sister at the same time? Im unsure if i should apply for both of them together or separately (apply for my sister AFTER my brother comes here)

They apply , and each TRV application is a separate application .
They each have to show ties to their home country , it’s not a joint application.
Travel history to countries such as USA/UK/Australia, and abiding my the visa rules
