TRV Biometrics Correspondence Letter before refusal

Does all applicant gets biometrics correspondence letter despite of application being refused or approved.

I believe biometrics validity letter is an indication that application is about to be refused after eligibilty review is over.

This is the trend that I have notice for all applicants being refused got biometrics validity letter.

Any thought guys?

Yes in every case applicant will receive biometric validity letter (every time) and no this is not indication of refusal, it’s simply a process (applicant can be refused and approved)

I also apply in 31 July and I don't have send biometric letter or any other responses I'm still waiting for decision I have been apply 1 month and 10 days today but can't response from embassy
Anyone have idea how long time it's take for make decision
