TRV (based on BOWP) from India - processing time

My situation is as follows:


I had a valid BOWP which got approved in Feb 2021 but my old TRV expired in Feb and I did not apply for a new TRV at the time.
Had to travel to my home country, India at a few hours notice due to COVID related family emergency on April 17 2021

I have applied for TRV from India on April 22 2021. I do not need biometrics and medical because the older ones (done for PR in Canada) were already valid.

[The official processing time tool says 248 days! I and my wife want to go back and join our jobs, hopefully before 248 days]

Can anyone help with the following questions:

A. Does anyone know what are the guesstimate TRV processing times for India especially in this lockdown situation?
B. I understand I can submit a web form to request urgent processing. Is there any email address to which I can reach out explaining my situation and requesting urgent processing?

1. The estimate is what is posted. You may get it sooner but no guarantee.
2. How are you eligible for urgent processing. Are you an essential worker?

2. I do not think I am officially eligible for urgent processing but based on the fact that there is a possibility that my wife will lose her job if we do not go back in couple months, I can at least try to reach out to IRCC and explain the situation.
