TRV Assistance Required

I Submit TRV Application to spend some New-Year ‘s memorable days in Toronto, Canada & after that visit to United Stated (as I have already B1/B2 Visa) in January 2016, unfortunately my travel time is over, due to my Visa application not process yet. So anybody suggest me what I do? Can I submit reschedule my travel dates & rebook hotel and travel itinerary and send CIC?

You can resubmit once you receive answer from CIC about your original application.

your reason to visit Canada is over so highly unlikely that it will be issued. if you rebook the hotel and everything then the original reason given is no longer valid. What exactly is it that you want tot tell your visa officer?
