To whom it may help , i would like to share my experience.
- applied the 11/09/2019 (paper application) , at vfs global Erbil.
The timeline for erbil was 31 days.
- linked online 21/09/2019
- correspondence letter received 24/10/2019.
- final decision approved 28/10/2019
- received back my passport with visa stamped from vfs the 31/10/2019

First one was refused because of family ties .
I reapplied after a week of my first rejection.

After 5months we applied again
He travelled taiwan,Singapore and malaysia now and we put 4000$ cad to his account and update his employment letter because he just started this year February and the reason of visiting is baptism of my daughter he is one od the godparents he will visit us for 2weeks
With my mom who got visa last year

Hope this time he will have a positive answer congratulations again will update you soon when i get the answer
