TRV approved for me but not dependant children

Hello forum community,

We applied both me and my two dependant children for a TRV from Algeria and we just recently got the answer, here is a quick timeline of the events:

3rd June: online application
11th June: Biometrics done
24th July: Correspondence letter for biometrics linked to account
25th July: Refusal for both my dependant children
26th July: Approval for my TRV application.

Both my children are considered according to Canadian laws as dependant children, yet we have recieved an absurd denial stating (for both of them):

-Not convinced that you will return after your visit.
-Not convinced because of limited job perspectives in your country.
-Not convinced because of your current working situation.
-Not convinced because of the financial situation and titles you own.

How can this make sense knowing that one of my child is a university student and owns no titles yet, and the other one is handicaped (has down syndrom) and we have clearly stated that I (the mother) will take care of them.

Hopefully we can recieve some explanations or at least some help for how to proceed.

P.S: i have recieved two mails from CIC stating that the applications of both my dependant children were updated but nothing new, incase this might clarify something.

We have the reasons why the VO denied your children’s TRV, how about giving us the reasons why you and your children want to visit Canada ? Length of visit ? Reasons ? Are you a student ? Ages of your children ? What are you leaving behind in your country ? What do you do for work ? Are you leaving behind a spouse ?

We are visiting Canada mainly as tourists, my sister lives there and her children who also gave proof that they can provide for us during the trip, i also linked my bank transactions of the past 3 month, my salary as a dentist for the past 3 months, my mariage act. We also linked with the application my professionnal statues and letter from employer (in this case the public medical center, not sure if it is understandable) my son linked his inscription document for university, and that he still pursues a masters degree, i also leave behind my house which we own and a second appartement which i have purchased and still pay the credit for. my other son is handicaped and thus cannot have titles of it's own so i've stated that he is fully under my responsability.

The real question is, if they indeed believe that we have no reason to go back to our country, why did I not recieve a reject?

Edit 1: Also the length was supposed to be for a month, from 15th aughust to 15th september, and the bank account contained around 7.2k Euros, approximately 10.5k CAD

You don’t have savings to support the visit for 3 people for a month. I know your family will host you but Canada has to consider what would happen if you have a falling out. The other thing that would be unusual would be to use so much of your savings at once. You could easily deplete your savings in one trip. Not sure if your wife is still living or whether you are divorced but most of your family wants to come to Canada. Your salary isn’t high enough for it to be a reason to return to Algeria. The unemployment rate for young people in Algeria is high so your son could be tempted to remain in Canada. It is not uncommon to deny young adults and students due to their lack of savings and lack of ties. Unfortunately some people have brought their disabled relatives to Canada with the intention of living in Canada and get better care. There is always a concern that this will happen.
