TRV Appoved but IRCC do not Dispatch Passport

My TRV status reads approved since December 11, 2024 but my passport has not been dispatched to FedEx until now. I sent my passport to TRV Section Ottawa through FedEx with prepaid returned envelope and way bill. I called FedEx but they are still waiting to hear from TRV Section Ottawa. This really affecting my traveling plans. Can I pick up from in person.

I had a similar experience. Got PPR on Dec 2, sent it Dec 3rd and arrived Dec 4th. It was stamped a week later. It still took them an extra week after stamping to mail it back (I sent a return envelop from Purolator).

I had submitted my passport in vfs Lahore for stamp the candian work visa on 08.10.24 ..after a month I have received visa sticker in my email visa issue date is December 5 2024...but still I didn't receive the passport....when I am going to receive passport
