For my case, it took 20 mins from Correspondence email to Passport request, as mine was an online application.
But my country and processing times are different. And I cannot be sure if that's the case with everyone.

For Pakistan it is very different. My friend and me, both received Biometric Validity Letter on 24th April. It has been more than two weeks, and we didn't receive PPR request.
