TRV applied on 17-Sep-2020 .. Still no result

Hello ,

I have applied my family TRV on 17-September 2020 last year. We have finished our bio-metrics on 31-July 2021. We haven't received any update yet. regarding refusal or approval I have already submitted all required details including payslips, sufficient bank balance and reason for coming back to my home country. Do I need to expedite this to some other level or anything I can do to get me the update on my TRV asap.? Please suggest if I can escalate to some mailer of IRCC where I can get the confirm reply on this TRV delay?

Reapply again IRCC already asked to resubmit application which were applied before 7 sep 2021
