TRV applied in March 2018

Does anyone know a way to contact visa office to check the status of TRV. I applied (online) on MArch 21 for my parents, nephew and neice and haven't got any update yet.

1. Who will pay for your husband to attend the event? What type of event is it? What documents would he be including for the event?
2. Have all of you traveled to other visa-required countries in addition to your US travel?
3. How old is your daughter?
4. Are you employed?
5. When does your husband's work contract and resident visa expire?

1. He already paid (we will attach the ticket and the visa invitation letter they sent.

5.they just renewed the residency a week ago so he has another 3 years stamped. And his NOC letter states he needs to report back on so and so dates.

IMO, there are gaps in the applications + purpose of visit

1. What is this event? Is it work-related?
2. How long do you want to visit? Do you have a Canadian host?
3. What other ties can you and your husband demonstrate to both the UAE + your home country? In addition to the property ownership in the home country..... do you have dependent family members? Financial investments in both countries? Has your home property been rented? Do you have a lease agreement in Dubai?
4. For how long did you stay in the US on the previous visits? Purpose of those visits?
5. Does your 8-year old daughter attend school? When does the next academic year begin? And is your 3-year old daughter enrolled in school too?

I applied on 24th, no update yet. We can send CSE , but usually they don’t respond

I did send a CSE just now. Lets see if i get a reply. I am just worried that my application includes my brothers kids, who are under 18, which might be causing delay.

It consists of many things like shows, art galleries, conferences, classes and more. It’s a 4 day event and artists from all over the world join.
I’m including my daughters receipts we’ve paid for her up coming year . My 3 yr old is not going to school yet.
We will be visiting for 10 days.
Our visits to US were a month each but that’s because my sister hosted us.
My husband went to the US twice as well but only for 10 days and the last time for 2 weeks .
We’re also going to attach our property rental here and our car aswell we still have 2 years to finish it’s payment.

I’m starting freak out. LoL

It consists of many things like shows, art galleries, conferences, classes and more. It’s a 4 day event and artists from all over the world join.
I’m including my daughters receipts we’ve paid for her up coming year . My 3 yr old is not going to school yet.

You would need to tell us:
Is this event related to your husband's work?
Or is he attending as an individual?
Has he attended similar conferences/events abroad?
Why not SIGGRAPH in Tokyo later this year (for example)?

Yep it’s his first time and he’s attending individually and why in Canada not Tokyo? Because we have friends in Canada . He’ll be going with his friend another reason would be because this year we can afford it

Newbie here:

I applied for my TRV on March 25. Currently reside in the US. Here is the response I received after I submitted a CSE enquiry. Can anyone throw some light on this message?

Good Day,
After careful review of your application, we have determined that a decision has recently been made. Please be patient as correspondence has been sent to you regarding information pertaining to your application.

This came in on Saturday EST time (US). I havent seen any updates to my inbox.

Hello everyone,
We submitted our application yesterday night and got verification email right after submitting.
It says on each application we are processing your application.
And for me and my husband they are asking for our biometrics.!!
Is this normal to ask for biometrics the same day we submit?? It doesn’t feel right.
Oh and ..... back ground check in process. What does it mean?
