Hello I need help here, for the past 2 weeks iv been trying to link my application online, using my phone browser Opera mini, might that be a factor I can't link that I always get a message saying there is no record of my application?? Little bit confused here

Applied on 17th July. There is no update from them till now.

What does your online status say? Does it say "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." in the first line?

is it possible that they have sent the passport request not on online account but on email. and i might have not got it. or they send it to online account only.
